Report Customer Contact

When you receive a complaint from a customer about our staff or services, positive feedback, or a suggestion, you need to report it

onto our customer contact system.
You do not need to log simple enquiries

(eg "what time is the next route 81?" or questions about service operations (eg "are their delays on the 81 today?") if you are able to

answer them straight away. However, ensure that you do report all genuine concerns raised, and if in doubt it is better to just in case.


 

Report Lost Mileage

All lost mileage is to be recorded using the link above.  If possible, it would be ideal to record lost mileage as and when it occurs, in order

to help the customer service desk with enquiries.  Lost mileage is to be recorded on a daily basis by each depot.

Please report any vehicle breakdowns on the above form.

Report Roadworks or Disruption

Roadworks and special events inevitably affect our services from time to time. If we inform customers in advance we can reduce

inconvenience, confusion, and complaints. We also have a legal duty to inform the Bus Licencing Office when it is necessary to revise

services temporarily. 

When you are aware of forthcoming road works, please report them via this form. We will ensure that information is posted on our

website, and do our best to inform customers in other ways too. We will also make sure that inspectors are aware of the disruption.

 


 

Report Road Traffic Incidents

For reporting Road Traffic incidents/collisions regardless of blame, passenger injuries and no third party collisions. 

 


 

Report Employee Accident At Work

 If a member of your staff has had an injury whilst at work, please report this to the H&S Officer by completing this accident report form.


 

Lost Property Reports

When a customer loses something, it can be a crisis for them, if not others. Perhaps they have lost their bus pass to get home, their

money for this weeks shopping, their purse containing their front door keys, or their overnight bag.
 
Anyway, we should do all we can to help them recover it. If we can, it will leave a good impression of Centrebus, and help us get

recommendations to others.
 
If a customer reports something as lost by telephone, please record it using the appropriate form here. We will immediately have a record

of what they have lost, and send details of it to all depots in the area. If you get a report from the system for a route your depot runs,

please get in touch with the customer as soon as you can, whether you have found it or not. It will reassure them.

passes to be authorised and issued by Head Office.
