Service affected: 230

Service 230, the free bus service into Luton, is currently unable to serve part of Slip End due to road works on Newlands Road, between Church Road and London Road, which necessitates a full road closure.

From Caddington - it will operate as normal to Woodside Road & right onto Grove Road (picking up at the wooden bus shelter), continues on Grove Road to the Markyate Road, Church Road, Front Street crossroads (picking up at the Prebendal Drive stop on Grove Road), but instead of turning left onto Church Road, it will continue straight over the crossroads onto Front Street, onto Half Moon Lane, left onto London Road, re-joining its normal line of route at the Newlands Road junction on London Road. 

Please note: The Slip End crossroads stop on Church Road, and the Church Road stop located outside Woodside Nursing and Residential Homes on Church Road.
