If you contact us with a concern or criticism, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We acknowledge receipt by email within 3 working days, and aim to respond more fully within 21 days (but it can take longer if a detailed investigation is required). If we do not have an email address for you, we will write to confirm receipt but this can take longer. At the same time, we will give you a reference number in case of later query. We will then our records, and your complaint will then normally be investigated by the local depot operations manager, before you hear from us again with our findings.
